Osmosys has been a member of ADB Group, a public company listed on the Swiss stock exchange, focused on solutions for advanced digital television. With over 6 million products deployed in more than 20 countries, Osmosys became the top provider of MHP for the broadcast and IPTV markets, as well as providing a Tru2way solution and a BD Java engine.

In August 2009, Osmosys’ teams were merged into its sister companies ADB S.A, and Vidiom Systems in order to further build their technology innovation and software integration capabilities, and offer a richer portfolio of solutions for Pay TV operators.
